Ricotta cheesecakes with fruit
Ingredients:
  • ricotta cheese - 1 Cup
  • 2 egg whites -  lightly whisked
  • organic honey - 1 tablespoon
  • 4 cups of fruit - mixed fruit you can use cherries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries.

Start this wonderful recipe by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. add your 1 cup of ricotta cheese to a large bowl and break it apart with a spoon. Next add your egg whites, vanilla Essence and organic honey and mix everything until it's smooth and totally combined. Next grease four ramekins with coconut oil and spoon  the Regatta cheese mixture into the room can and make sure that the tops are level. You can now bake this for about 20 minutes or until the Ricotta cakes are risen and golden.

Now to make the fruit sauce let's set aside about one-quarter of the fruit for just decoration purposes. Measure about 2 tablespoons of water and pour this into a pan and set this on top of a medium heat. Add the rest of the fruit to this pan and heat gently until everything is softened. Then take the pan off of the heat and set this on the side to cool slightly. Now we can try the fruit in a blender or NutriBullet or even a food processor and you can serve the sauce warm or cold over top of your cakes. and you can even cut the fruit that you have set on the side on top of the cake and if you like you can even use some mint leaves to add a little bit of green. This makes for cakes and each cake has approximately 11 grams of carbohydrates and 160 calories.

Fruit filled souffle omelette
Ingredients:
  • strawberries - 3 quarter cup with the Green Top removed and cut in half.
  • 3 eggs
  • Stevia - 1 tablespoon
  • heavy cream - 3 tablespoons
  • vanilla extract - three or four drops
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon

First we want to remove the green leafy top of the strawberries and slice them in half and then put them on the side.  none crack open your eggs and separate the white from the yolks and put the egg yolks and stevia enable and beat them until the mixture is fluffy and pale. Then add in the cream and vanilla extract. Then whisk the egg whites in a very large bowl and then add this into the yolk mixture. the next step is to melt your butter any pain and then pour in the egg mixture and let this cook until it's firm. After that spoon over top your strawberries and gently fold the egg on top of itself like you normally would with any type of omelet that you are making. Finally you get to put your omelet on a plate and cut the omelet in 3 pieces. take two of these pieces and put them on two other dishes and then enjoy. This makes 3 servings each having about 280 calories and 12 grams of carbohydrates.

Orange Avocado Smoothie

  • a small handful of parsley
  • 3 ounces of asparagus spears
  • 2 large oranges

Cut your avocado in half and remove the stone. Spoon out the flesh and put it into a blender and then add your parsley. Chop your asparagus spears and add this to the blender and blend everything until it's nice and smooth. Squeeze the juice from your oranges and the juice from your lemon and add these to the blender and blend everything once more until it’s super smooth. Pour this into two glasses but only about the glasses are 2/3rds full and then add the ice cubes and the mineral water. You should drinks this soon after you make it. The Number 1 Food Not to Eat if You Want To Lose Weight

Well today is April 16th and already for the past few weeks I have been getting a tremendous amount of new weight-loss clients because everyone everyone once to lose weight and get ready for the summer. For some of us that might be just losing 10 pounds and for others that made me losing over 50 pounds.

The place where I always begin is focusing on people's nutritional habits. This means their daily diet what they are eating everyday. What they are eating for breakfast, lunch dinner comma snacks and yes this does include beverages. The number one mistake that I see everyone making when it comes to nutrition is that everyone thinks that they should be eating oatmeal or some type of cereal first thing in the morning. This is totally not true. Most of the people I work with come into me eating the microwavable cinnamon and raisin flavor oatmeal and this is not real food. It's almost worse than eating a candy bar. This type of oatmeal has been processed several times and then they put sugar in it and different flavors. I had one fellow come to me saying that oh it's cinnamon and I read somewhere that cinnamon is good for decreasing blood pressure and that is very good for me. He was partly correct on that.

Cinnamon in its natural form is very good for you and it is used by homeopathic and holistic practitioners to help people lower their blood pressure. But when it's in microwavable oatmeal I can assure you that it's not real cinnamon it's just a flavor of cinnamon. These food manufacturers spend millions of dollars on research and development finding different chemicals different products that taste like real food but they're nothing but chemicals. These chemicals do a really good job of fooling your taste buds and your brain that you were eating yummy cinnamon but it's just a chemical it's really not sending it. And if it is real cinnamon it's been processed and isn't loaded with sugar.

This is why my number one rule for my weight loss clients is that they stop eating oatmeal. The one exception is if you were eating the steel-cut Irish oatmeal be organic oatmeal that is usually not that bad. But you do have to control your portion size for this. Usually a half a cup of the steel cut organic oatmeal measured after it has been cooked is a normal portion size for most people. Anything more than that overload your system and will put you into fat storing mode instead of fat burning mode. However, I usually recommend to my weight loss to clients that they eat a breakfast of good healthy protein and good healthy fats and finish it off with some vegetables. Yes you can eat vegetables for breakfast.

For quite some time now I have been skipping breakfast and I have been okay with that and I have been maintaining my body weight and most of my clients also skip breakfast and they maintain their body weight. But for some reason I have been hungry first thing in the morning.

I really should dissect my diet a bit more because this probably means that I am not eating enough good healthy fat and good healthy protein and that I am probably eating more foods that convert into sugar then I should be eating. Butt of late, life has been tremendously stressful and even though nutrition is my profession I am susceptible to the trials and tribulations of normal everyday life and food is what I go to when I am totally stressed out.

And with eating this extra food have gained weight but it seems that I have gained more muscle instead of body fat. My upper torso my chest, back, biceps, triceps and even my lower extremities my thighs and my calves look much more muscular than I have looked in quite some time.

For the past year I've been focused on staying as lean as possible while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Sometimes I have taken it a bit too far and I looked a bit too thin and when that happened I changed my portion of proteins and carbohydrates and try to gain a bit more muscle. But sometimes it's a delicate balance between being lean and physically fit and being too thin.

So for the past few weeks for breakfast I have been having two eggs and a side of turkey bacon and even a little bit of hash browns. But I have not been eating the fried hash browns that are filled with oil I have been either making my own with half of a small baked potato or I have this fantastic Diner in my neighborhood that I will usually go to and they make the hash browns from scratch.

The main thing is that what you are eating and how it metabolizes in your body and hot it affects your hormones is the key to weight loss and good health.

What's The Best Diet and Weight Loss Pills?

What is the best weight loss pill medication?

Is one of the most common questions that most people ask. Everyone has a different opinion but if you speak to most of the medical weight loss doctors in the area the majority of them will recommend the appetite suppressant medication Phentermine as the best weight loss pill and appetite suppressant medication.

Phentermine is one of the original medications that was used for helping people to lose weight. Over the course of time Phentermine has been proven to be safe and effective in helping people lose weight by decreasing her appetite, hunger and cravings.

How Much Does Phentermine Cost?
Phentermine is the generic for the name brand weight-loss medication called Adipex. Adipex has been on the market and used by medical doctors for so long that the generic version Phentermine is very affordable for most people who need help losing weight.

Even though most of the medical community now realizes that obesity and being overweight is a disease most insurance companies do not easily pay for weight loss and diet medications. And this is strange because being overweight can cause so many different health problems like diabetes and high blood pressure and the insurance companies definitely pay for your medication for your high blood pressure when your diabetes but so many people would be prevented from possibly getting these diseases if they lost weight and improved their overall health.

It seems that the insurance companies would rather pay for a life-threatening conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes when you get them and probably do not have that much long to live because of these illnesses rather than being supportive in taking a preventive approach by helping you losing weight and paying for medications that will help control your hunger and your appetite and actually do some good by helping you lose weight.

The good thing is that because Phentermine is a generic medication it's very affordable for most people.

What Types of Health Problems are Caused by Being Overweight?

Being overweight, obesity is a serious health issue. Most people think that people are overweight because they eat too much but medical science is making tremendous advances when it comes to treating obesity and they have discovered that most people are overweight because of some type of chemical or hormone issue in their bodies. Plus a lot of people are overweight just because of the theory genetic predisposition a lot of people are overweightjust because of the their genetic predisposition to being overweight; in other words it's in their genes.

If you look at people that are overweight more often than not their parents siblings and even and uncles and cousins are overweight. It also can be caused by the type of the environment that you grow up in.

I know for me growing up that breakfast lunch and dinner consisted of starchy carbohydrates.  Like bread, pasta and rice. We did not have a lot of money on those types of food for cheap. Spaghetti was $0.99 a pound and to feed our family it was an amazing thing that you can spend $4 and feed our entire family a dinner that totally stuffed us.

And I have to say that this is probably the reason why most of my family was overweight. We were poor and we ate the types of food that are inexpensive and they did not provide much nutritional value.

They were loaded with empty calories that just made us fat. They did satisfy our appetite but as it turns out that type of food really just dumped a tremendous amount of sugar into our body and when you have a tremendous load of sugar all at once into your body, eventually you're going to crash and then you need another burst of sugar in your system. So that explains why we were eating 24/7.

In today's world there are lots of people trying to tell you what to eat and how to exercise in order to be healthy but most of their information is just designed for them to make a quick profit.

Most of their information is not designed on science and there is no clinical evidence supporting the majority of what they are telling you to do.

I have so many people that come into our Weight Loss Clinic and they have spent thousands of dollars on so many different programs. Some of them are doing low carb, all then there are those are doing a low fat and even lots of people are doing programs were there only eating 500 calories a day.

Personally I did try the 500 calorie-a-day diet but I was hungry all of the time and my hair became very thin and I started to lose hair and I lost a tremendous amount of muscle so that I really look like I was just an anorexic person if I was nothing but skin and bones.

So for me and for our weight loss clients the 500 calorie diet program is definitely out the window. I will not even discuss such a horrible program with any of her weight loss clients.

And I have to tell you that it's for a person's own safety that we do not go to such low calorie levels. Most females seem to do well on 1200 to 1400 calories weight loss programs and most men do well on about 1600 to 1800 calories per day. But this does depend on your metabolism, body type and amount of physical activity. So there is no cookie cutter plan that works for everyone. there is a basic weight loss plan to start with based on good nutrition then each weight loss plan is tweaked for each person for their particular needs.

Everything in our weight loss program from the weight loss pills and diet pills that we use with our weight loss clients, the diets and exercise plans are all based on science and the chemistry of how the body works. Of course the medications that we use have been approved by the FDA.

If you need help with losing weight you should talk with a medical weight loss doctor.

What Is a Low Carb High Fat Diet Meal Plan by Philadelphia Medical Weight Loss

If you have tried the Atkins diet or another type of low-carb and high-fat weight-loss type of diet program and you have not lost weight you're probably doing something wrong.

I cannot tell you how many people that I consult with to help them lose weight and improve their Health and they tell me that the Atkins diet just did not work for them. I asked them what they ate and they tell me "I ate exactly what the plan said I should eat" and when I questioned him and I asked him to write everything down for me it turns out that they are doing their own version of the Atkins diet so they are doing a pseudo-Atkins low-carb high-fat diet plan.

In my own experience everyone that does a low-carb high-fat diet loses weight if they do it properly. Some people think they are doing it properly but they are somehow consuming extra carbohydrates. You do have to be very careful because lots of people think that they could eat as much fruit as they want and fruit is probably one of the worst things that you could possibly eat if you're trying to do although carbohydrate diet.

Fruit converts to sugar when it's metabolize them broken down by the body. Sugar intern raises your insulin levels and when you're in school levels are elevated everything that your evening is going to be stored his body fat. And some people tell me that the eat nothing but protein all day but this is not good.

If you're like me too much protein will spike your insulin levels because your body converts it into sugar. So you have to find your proper balance of the correct amount of protein for you to eat in the course of the day as well as the proper amount of vegetables. For my diet I do not eat any fruit at all. That's a choice that I have made. I much rather enjoy a couple french fries or a slice of whole wheat toast rather than eating a half a cup of berries. Now some people choose to enjoy a half a cup of fruit instead of enjoying a slice of whole wheat toast.

But it all depends on you. Somehow my body metabolizes the whole wheat bread much better than it does a half cup of berries. The bread actually spikes my sugar and insulin levels less than the piece of fruit does. At first I thought this to be very odd but then I just accepted it as what my body does. There is no rhyme or reason it's just how my body metabolizes different types of foods. You might be the same and have the similar type of situation or you could be exactly the opposite. Everyone of us is different. We all have different DNA and our bodies have all been exposed to different types of food, chemicals and even toxins.

Another problem that I see with people doing a low-carb a hydrate and a high-fat diet properly is that they only eat a few types of food. I have people that come in to me and told me that they only eat chicken and potato chips. Now let me ask you a question do you think chicken and potato chips is a good healthy diet?

Of course most of us would say the chicken sounds healthy but the potato chips I do not think that they are really A healthy food choice. Let's realize that potato chips are not part of the low carbohydrate diet and potato chips are definitely not healthy for you.

Now some people might actually argue the point that they are from a potato bar come on people let's be real it's a Potato Chip it's processed it has chemicals in it tons of salt a lot of bad fats that will clog up your arteries and probably eventually lead to a heart attack or stroke. So you really have to expand your horizon when it comes to eating. You have to eat a variety each and every day of different types of food. You have to have lots of good healthy vegetables especially your cruciferous vegetables.

Then next you need good healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil and you need good healthy protein like your chicken and fresh. Sometimes you can have the best of both worlds together by eating proteins that is also made up of good healthy fats like your Cold-water fish.

I actually had a fellow came in a couple weeks ago and when I suggested that he eat some type of fatty fish tonight so weak he actually gave me such a nasty look and said I do not eat fresh! And that's probably why he has to lose 200 pounds. All I can tell you is that if you were overweight and you continue eating the same foods, if you continue doing the same type of exercise, if you don't change anything your bodyweight is not going to change and your health is not going to get any better. It's impossible to continue doing the same thing over and over again each and every day and get a different result. So if you need to lose weight you have to make changes. Yes you do have to eat some leafy green vegetables.

Yes you should be eating spinach and kale and broccoli! And you should really not be eating more than one small piece of fruit a day. And if you are going to eat fruit I rather see you eat the whole fruit or put it in a Nutrabullet or something like that where it does not totally liquefy the fruit. I had one person come in and tell me that they were really upset because they were not losing weight and they were juicing and they were juicing for an entire week.

Well the problem is they were juicing about 2 pounds of fruit each and every day. When you juice fruit you were just getting the liquid in the form of a liquid sugar you're not getting the good healthy fiber that makes the fruit actually healthy that makes it a good thing for you to eat. You might as well hook up an IV of 10 pounds of sugar because if all you're doing is juicing fruit all day long you're doing nothing but putting sugar in your body.

I had one fellow come in and he told me that he was working with another weight-loss specialist and that he was following everything exactly the way it should be done and he was doing low-carb high-fat but he wasn't losing weight in fact he was actually getting fatter he was actually getting heavier. So I reviewed everything with him and for breakfast every morning he was having a 24 ounce cup of coffee with French vanilla creamer and 14 table spoons of white sugar. On top of that he was eating six eggs, scrapple, bacon and a full cup berries.

So I just looked at him in total disbelief because this is way too much food and it's way too much sugar and protein first thing in the morning. He thought that he was eating everything that was healthy and the sad thing is what he was eating except for the white sugar in the fridge for all the creamer and his coffee wasn't that bad it's just that he was eating massive quantities of food. Since he thought that he was following his own version of a low-carb high-fat diet you thought that he could eat as much of these types of food as he wanted.

But that's not true. First of all again the white sugar and infringement on the creamer is nothing but sugar and that's not really part of a low-carb high-fat diet. Now if you want to teaspoon of fresh another creamer in your coffee I'm OK with that and I have no problem with that at all. But I would rather that you bought half-and-half or light cream or even skim milk in your coffee because that does not have as much sugar as the Frenchman on the creamer.

And no way should you be putting white sugar want anything especially your coffee first thing in the morning. You can use Splenda you can use equal or any other type of sweetener where herbal sweetener specifically would be great like Stevia but you definitely cannot be using white sugar! And the scrapple, I don't think that's really a healthy food choice. So I explained to him that he was eating too much food, he was eating too much protein, and he was definitely eating and drinking too much sugar. I reviewed the proper nutritional ratio of carbohydrates proteins and everything else that he should be eating during the course of the day.

For whatever reason he thought that being on this type of low carbohydrate high-fat diet he would be able able to eat 10 pounds of protein, beef, chicken or fish today and sadly this is not true. You are allowed to eat good healthy protein but you have to eat it in moderation.

A generalize standard is that if you are a female you are usually OK having anywhere from 9 to 12 ounces are of protein throughout the course of the day. If you are a mill you could have anywhere from 12 to 18 ounces of protein in one day. Now this is not written in stone some people do not do well with this much protein and some people May require more protein than this. It really all depends on your body type, your metabolism and specific things like your level of physical activity your occupation and all that good stuff.

Best Exercises For Weight Loss by Philadelphia Medical Weight Loss Diet Doctor

Since I have been trying to lose weight I've looked into what are the best weight-loss exercises to do if I wanted to lose pounds and inches.

I have to tell you that there is so much information out there online, in magazines and books that it's very confusing. T

here are some people that are recommending that if you want to lose body fat that you should be doing high intensity interval training and this is basically where you pick different exercises and go as hard and as fast as you can for a set amount of time then have a period of rest and then do a high intensity exercise again.

So this is what I have been reading that most people seem to be recommending. But then I look back and see what the professional Fitness athletes are doing like bodybuilders and fitness models and even bikini models and it seems that when they are trying to lose body fat eBay prefer doing the low-intensity high duration type of exercise something like a treadmill, a bicycle or even walking or jogging outside.

From everything that I've read it seems that the physique competitors have been using this type of exercise for decades. Way back when Arnold Schwarzenegger was the king of bodybuilders and even before his time. But lots of my friends are working out with trainers and they are being advised to do weight lifting or resistance type of training.

But most of them are getting bigger and I do not really want to tell them that they look like they are getting fatter. But of course the trainers are telling them and from everything that I read it says that muscle burns fat very effectively. So with all of this information you can see that I was really confused.

So I looked into the research a little bit. And it is true that muscle burns calories very effectively but just because you're burning calories does that mean that you are burning body fat. I had a nice discussion about this with my medical weight loss doctor who practices in Philadelphia. And he told me I was one of the few people that he has ever spoken to that realized burning calories does not always mean that you are burning body fat.

I like to workout in the gym once or twice a week and sometimes I like to go to Planet Fitness and other days I guess like walking around the neighborhood.

And when I am in the gym or in Planet Fitness the people that I see lifting weights and are very lean and muscular and have almost no body fat r under the age of 30. And of course when you were young when you are in your teens and in your twenties most of us can eat almost anything that we want and still lose weight.

It's when I got into my 30s that I had to be careful with what I was eating because I seem to be gaining a few pounds every year and no matter what I did the couple pounds of body fat accumulated each and every year. So maybe age has more to do with the type of exercises that we do to lose body fat then we actually think.

My weight loss doctor told me that as we get older men have a decrease in testosterone and of course this affects how much muscle that we can develop and how much muscle that we can maintain and our physique and of course this also relates to how much body fat we have.

It seems that when I wanted to lose weight I started weight lifting I started doing resistance training and I didn't build muscle butt and just look like I was getting fatter I was getting bigger and of course me being a guy I was like yeah look at me I'm buffed, I'm building all this muscle and I really didn't care about the layer of fat The Reserve at top of the muscle.

So I was building nice muscle but I was still fat. And part of this was because of the diet I was following. I was not following the right type of body for my body type wear my metabolism eggs also the type of exercises that I was doing.

You see when I was doing my research it seemed that the bodybuilders have different phases of their exercises and this is in direct correlation with what they want to do with their physique. When they are looking to build as much muscle as much body mass is possible they eat lots of good quality food and they lift weights.

But when it is time for them to get lean and mean so you can see all of that muscle they still lift weights but they do not do it as intensely as often as they do when they are trying to build up muscle mass and their primary exercise for your kids is to lose the body fat lose pounds and inches of body fat and for this they do the low intensity cardio.

I did my research online and I found this out and I also had lots of conversations with some of the bodybuilders were in my gym. I am really lucky because I work out in the gym where there are lots of amateur bodybuilders looking to become professional Builders bodybuilders and even a couple professional bodybuilders that workout in the gym as well.

Now they're honest with me and they told me that because of lots of the supplements that are out there and working with anti-aging doctors even weight loss doctors they are able to have the benefit of different nutritional supplements and hearing different types of medications that help them build much more muscle than bodybuilders did decades ago and it also helps them burn the body fat much more effectively than you and I can do without having access to those medications.

One of the bodybuilder that I was talking with was like a walking medical encyclopedia. He knew every weight loss and diet pill that existed, he knew every type of steroid and every type of nutritional supplement. He knew each and everything about this medications and supplements and told me that for me to achieve the results that I wanted I was really best focusing on my diet.

He suggested that I really focus on losing pounds and inches and then when I get to my desired body weight I could work on toning up my body. But he also told me that just doing the low intensity High duration type of exercises but not only get rid of my body fat but they would actually help tone my muscles as well. He told me that some of the best exercises that he has ever done for losing belly fat has been a walking, riding a bike, walking on a treadmill and even riding a stationary bike.

So he suggested that since the weather is getting nice that every morning I go for an hour walk and that I do this on an empty stomach.  He also gave me the name of a very good Philadelphia diet doctor who helps him get in contest shape and he said that lots of the people in the gym go to this Philadelphia weight loss doctor also.

As it turns out his doctor is the same doctor that I see to help me lose weight. And my doctor has told me almost everything that is bodybuilder has told me so I was really happy to find out that my weight loss doctor knows  quite a bit of good solid information.

It was really nice to have this professional professional bodybuilder backing up everything that my diet doctor has already told me. But then I remembered that my Philly diet doctor was a bodybuilder back in his younger years. So no wonder he has all this great information. I have to tell you that I did go to some weight loss doctors other than the one I am presently seeing and they did not give me a quarter all the information as my new diet doctor does.

And now I know why. It's because the diet doctor that I see now was a bodybuilder he was into physical fitness and having a lean and muscular physique from his early years as a teenager.

So I guess for me since I'm losing body fat or wanting to lose body fat that the best type of exercise is for me would be walking on a treadmill or riding a bike.

Since it is getting warm out there it's probably a good idea to go for a walk every morning. I would love to go for a nice walk in the park every morning before work but sometimes because of my scheduling in my family schedule and there's just no time for this.

So during my lunch break I have been taking time to go for a nice walk instead of spending 45 minutes just sitting down and stuffing my face. Some days I am able to go for my morning walk on an empty stomach and sometimes I just may wake up so hungry that I need to eat something and when I'm like this I will usually have a couple eggs and a half of a small avocado and maybe one or two slices of turkey bacon.

And this seems to take care of my appetite really well. If I'm not able to do my morning work walk first thing in the morning and I'm not able to go for a walk at lunch time I always try to go for a walk after dinner at night. No I have dogs and I tried to go for a walk with my dogs but they really tried to stop every few feet and take care of business if you know what I mean.

So after dinner and after the dogs are fed I will take them for a little walk to do what they have to do and then I'll try to go for an hour walk on my own or hopefully my wife will join me. Now it is very dark out at night so I do make sure that I wear some type of reflective clothing so that when cars are approaching me they see me. It's amazing how many people I see walking at night when I am but they're wearing dark clothing and you can't see them when you were driving.

So if you were going to walk at night make sure that you wear some type of reflective clothing or even carry a flashlight with you so that people can see you. The last thing that you want is to be hit by a car and be seriously injured when you were trying to go for a walk and increase your overall health and wellness and lose weight.

My doctor always tells me that at my age I have to be smart I have to eat smart and exercise tomorrow so for me I think wearing reflective clothing when I'm walking at night or carrying a flashlight is definitely being smart. Then again if you were going to walk at night take a flashlight with you or where some type of reflective clothing so that oncoming traffic and see you. and when I go for a walk I mean just as I am just walking I'm not going for a jog I'm not going for a run.

I especially do not want to be more hungry after I do this because I do not want to eat very late at night. male depending on the weather if it's too cold out or if it's rainy and damp I will just use a treadmill that I have in the house or ride on a stationary bike.

Now I do prefer walking outside because it's almost like and meditation my mind is occupied after about 15 minutes of my walk I think the endorphins start pumping in my body and the endorphins are your body's natural feel-good hormone.

I start to forget about work and the stress and strain of everyday life but if it's not now you stay outside if it's cold raining or game I will just exercise at home I will let her use a treadmill or stationary bike and I can do a couple different things I could watch a movie on the television I could set up my computer on a stationary bike and try to get some work done but honestly trying to get some work done while I'm exercising kind of defeats the purpose of exercising.

Now there a lot of different types of low intensity type of exercise most of them are considered some type of cardiovascular exercise and work off of your body’s Aerobic System so they're also called aerobic exercise.

These exercises are super beneficial if you were trying to burn body fat. But if you are in shape and are trying to improve your overall physical capacity these type of exercises can also improve your stamina and they are really fantastic for increasing your overall health wellness and even your cardiovascular functions of your body. T

hey will help make your heart strong so that it's able to pump blood and oxygen through all the muscles and blood vessels of the body. This type of cardiovascular exercises enable your body to pump blood through all the arteries very efficiently and it improves your heart health and helps make it strong.

It also improves your blood work and because it distracts your mind it's also great for helping with Stress and Anxiety. Aside from losing weight other benefits of this type of exercise are that it will help decrease our blood pressure and just by losing weight you could also lower your blood pressure and combining this with a good diet nutrition plan you can even improve other blood test results like cholesterol and helps improve your good cholesterol and helps decrease your bad cholesterol.

Now two of my most favorite exercises if you have not already figured it out from this article is walking and the other one is bike riding. Walking is especially good for you if you haven't exercised for a while and you're looking to get yourself back in shape and you are looking to lose weight. If you are young you might be a little bit more aggressive with your exercise routines but if you were like me and passed the age of 30 and even past the age of 40 they say probably more pass the age of 40 you should really start any type of exercise program by walking.

Walking is great because it burns the sugar out of your bloodstream when you walk for about 30 minutes or so and then eventually it actually starts burning your body fat. And from all the walking you're using almost each and every muscle of your body and this will help tone your muscles tone your body as well.

After you have been walking for quite some time you might want to pick up the pace a little bit and jog. Not jogging is it good for losing weight and improving your cardiovascular health but for me it's too much of a high impact on my spine and my joints so I really prefer just walking or riding a stationary bike.

But again it's a really good exercise if you were younger and you're in shape and looking to increase the intensity of your exercise.

Now for those of us that are younger you might want to try jumping rope.

Jumping rope is a great exercise it's especially useful for people that are into boxing is a sport. It helps build that explosive lower lower body power. I have read online that 8 to 15 minutes of jumping rope is just as beneficial as going for a run for 1 mile or so.

Another exercise that is really good but you need access to a pool is swimming. Anyone any age can swim of course that is if you know how to swim. If you have a bad spine, bad knees a bad hip or bad joints swimming is especially good because you are almost weight loss.

There is no stress or strain to your spine or to your joints. And this is really good for getting the heart pumping and increasing your heart rate and if you were in a cold pool there are some people that call this Chevy therapy because from your body shivering from the cold they say that you actually burn calories that way also.

And of course let's not forget my good ol reliable bike riding. Now bike riding is one of the simplest and easiest things that you could possibly do. Because of my back injuries when it's raining and it's damp even walking increases my back pain so for days like this I like just putting a bike in front of the TV and just peddling and sometimes if my back pain is really kicking up big time I will just go nice and slow for as long as I can if I can go for 60 Minutes great, if I can't it doesn't matter

I just like to get my body moving and get my heart rate up a little bit. And sometimes if there's a good TV show on I might get lost in the television and the endorphins start to increase from the bike riding and it's just a very very relaxing experience.

And of course I love the treadmill just as much as I love the stationary bike the treadmill is used by cells of the people you see them on the treadmill each and every day trying to run their way to their desired body weight. Now I hate to say it that the most of the people that you see running on the treadmill may not always be in the best shape.

That is because they should probably be walking first on the treadmill trying to keep their heart rate somewhere between 60 and 75% of your maximum heart rate. Doing this for 40 to 45 minutes does a really fantastic job of burning body fat.

Now I do not really care for any type of aerobics classes or something like that but my wife really does she loves the different types of dance steps he especially loves doing zumba and of course they tell me that soon but is not a Rubik's but it's dancing and it's anaerobic type of activity so whether you call that zumba or aerobics it's still cardiovascular exercise and it's a good thing. Lots of people like aerobic type of classes weather resume before Jazzercise or any other type of class where they are performing aerobic activities as long as it's fun and as long as it's burning body fat and increasing your health and wellness I am totally 100% supportive of it.

Now some people kind of think that resistance training using lower poundages of weights and just doing High repetition Kansas cardiovascular exercise and honestly I'm really not sure if it does. I know that it probably does get your heart rate up there but aside from that I really don't know but I think it does a really good job of turning your exercise so I would really probably talk with your weight loss doctor on this one.

There are lots of different books that are available in lots of great websites that will give you tons of information on different types of exercises for losing weight.

So I definitely recommend that you do your research but I really hope that you enjoy this article and all of the other articles that I put on this blog.

I do have to say that I am not a medical doctor and that before you try any type of exercise program you must discuss it with your doctor first.
